📖 Film Concept (Recap):

Shabnam, ek silayi kendra chalane wali mazboot aurat, ek rape victim ladki Reema ke liye awaaz uthati hai. Puri system, police, aur rajneeti uske khilaaf ho jaate hain, lekin Shabnam har moorkh aur atyachari ke saamne ek misaal ban jaati hai. Ek awaaz jo kabhi chupp nahi hoti…


Aaiye, shuru karte hain Scene 1 se. Yeh ek lambi script hogi, toh main aapko part by part bhejunga — taaki aap achhi tarah padh sakein.


  • Scene 1: Silai Kendra – Introduction of Shabnam & her character

🎬 SCENE 1

INT. SILAI KENDRA – DIN
(Ek chhota, saaf-suthra kamra. Diwaron par kapdon ke design. 5-6 mahilayein silayi seekh rahi hain. Background me radio baj raha hai – Lata Mangeshkar ka ek purana geet. Camera slow zoom karta hai ek silayi machine par.)

SHABNAM (28, confident, sadi hui lekin mazboot aurat), ek ladki ko sahi silayi sikha rahi hoti hai.

SHABNAM
(reena ki machine par jhuk kar)
Reena, dhaaga idhar se nahi… seedha leke jao.
Silayi sirf kapdon ki nahi hoti… zindagi ki bhi hoti hai.

REENA (20, chanchal)
(dil se taali bajakar)
Didi… aap se hi toh seekh rahi hoon zindagi jeena!

(Sab haaste hain. Ek chhoti ladki, GUDDI, 12 saal ki, taali bajati hai.)

GUDDI
Main bhi badi hokar Shabnam didi jaise banna chahti hoon!

SHABNAM
(muskurakar, pyar se uske sir par haath rakhte hue)
Aur tu mujhse bhi achhi banegi. Bas kabhi kisi se darna mat.

(Background me ek silayi machine ki aawaz tez ho jaati hai. Shabnam ki aankhon me thodi udaasi si jhalak aati hai.)

REENA
Didi, aap kabhi thakti nahi ho?

SHABNAM
Thakna bhi toh ek shauk ban gaya hai… lekin rukna mere bas ki baat nahi.

(Camera uske chehre par zoom karta hai. Fade out.)


🎬 SCENE 2

INT. SHABNAM KA GHAR – SHAAM
(Ek chhoti jhopdi. Ek kone me purana fridge, dusre kone me maa leti hai. Beech me ek angithi chal rahi hai.)

SHABNAM
(gas par chai garam karte hue)
Maa, dawai le li na?

MAA (60, kamzor lekin samajhdar)
Le li beti. Tu kaam se kab aayi?

SHABNAM
Bas abhi. Guddi ki silayi bahut achhi ho gayi hai.

(Tabhi andar se bhai AFSAR (32, nashe me) ladkhadate hue aata hai.)

AFSAR
(sar me dard pakad ke)
Roti de, behen. Saara din pagal auraton ke beech rehti hai… ghar ka kuchh socha bhi hai?

SHABNAM
(sakhti se)
Tere jaise mard ghar ko barbaad karte hain.
Main silayi karti hoon, bikti nahi hoon!

MAA
Shabnam, chhod na… tu kis se lad rahi hai.

SHABNAM
Main har uss aadmi se ladungi jo aurat ko kamzor samajhta hai… chahe vo mera bhai hi kyu na ho!

(AFSAR chhup ho jaata hai. Camera maa ke chehre pe aata hai – woh ro rahi hoti hai.)

EXT. BASTI KI GALIYAN – RAAT
(Raat ka samay. Basti ke kone se ek ladki, REEMA (16), kapde phate hue, behad ghabraayi hui daudti aati hai. Chehra khoon se bhara, paon chhilen hue, aankhon mein dar bas gaya hai. Dhadaknein tez hain.)

(Reema har taraf dekhti hai. Ek jhupdi ke paas gir padti hai. Log khidki se jhaankte hain, lekin koi nahi aata.)

REEMA
(dar se cheekhti hai)
Bacha lo mujhe… koi bacha lo mujhe…

(Tabhi door se Shabnam silai center se laut rahi hoti hai, haath me kapdon ka jhola. Uski nazar Reema pe padti hai.)

SHABNAM
(tez daud kar aati hai)
Arey... kya hua tujhe? Kisne kiya yeh sab?

(Reema usse lipat jaati hai, kaanp rahi hai. Shabnam usse sambhaalti hai.)

REEMA
(roti hui, thartharaati awaaz mein)
Mujhe… unhone… sab kuch le liya didi… sab kuch…!

SHABNAM
(usse galey laga kar, aankhon mein aansuon ke saath)
Tujhse kuch nahi gaya, Reema. Tere saath galat hua hai, par tu galat nahi hai.

(Reema behosh ho jaati hai. Shabnam logon se cheekh kar kehati hai.)

SHABNAM (to basti walon)
Kya insaaniyat mar gayi hai sabme? Koi nahi aayega madad ko?

(Log sir jhuka ke chale jaate hain. Shabnam akeli Reema ko uthakar apne ghar ki taraf le jaati hai.)

FADE OUT.


🎬 SCENE 4

INT. POLICE STATION – AGLI SUBAH

(Ek purana thana. Officer ka cabin, jisme ek desk fan ghoom raha hai. Behind desk: INSPECTOR GURJAR (50), mota sa aadmi, chai pee raha hai. Shabnam aur Reema saamne khadi hain.)

INSPECTOR GURJAR
(kagaz dekhte hue, uff se sigh karta hai)
Naam kya bola ladki ka?

SHABNAM
(tez lekin shaant)
Reema. Umar 16 saal. Kal raat uske saath balatkaar hua hai.

INSPECTOR GURJAR
(taajjub se hansa)
Hua hai? Saboot kya hai? Medical report? Witness?

SHABNAM
(ghussa control karte hue)
Uske chhilen hue pair, fatte kapde aur dar se kaanpti body saboot nahi hai?

INSPECTOR GURJAR
(peeche jhuk kar)
Dekhiye madam, aise mamle roz aate hain. Aapko pata bhi hai kis pe ilzaam laga rahi ho?

SHABNAM
Kis pe?

INSPECTOR GURJAR
(raat ka form ulat kar dikhata hai)
MLA Mahipal Singh ka beta – "Yug". Tum jaanti ho iska matlab kya hai?

SHABNAM
(sakht aankhon se)
Haan. Iska matlab hai ki kanoon ab bhi paisewalon ki jeb mein hai.

INSPECTOR GURJAR
(table pe thappad maarkar)
Zyada naari mukti brigade banne ki zarurat nahi. Jaao yahaan se. Warna tum par hi defamation ka case karwa doonga.

(Reema roti ja rahi hai. Shabnam uska haath pakad leti hai.)

SHABNAM
(santulan banaye hue)
Report tum likho ya nahi… sach likha ja chuka hai. Aur ek na ek din yeh sach tumhare daftar ki deewar tod dega.

(Inspector usse ghoorta hai. Shabnam usse aankh mila ke chal padti hai.)

FADE OUT – Sad version of background instrumental music begins.

(Ek chhoti si NGO ki office. Ek purani almirah, desk pe dher saare files. Poster lage hain: “Mahilaon ke adhikaron ke liye sangharsh”, “Hinsa ke khilaaf awaaz uthaiye”.)

(SHABNAM saamne baithi hai, uske samne NGO ki head MADHU (40s), thodi frustrated si.)

MADHU
(Shabnam ke paper dekhte hue)
Dekho Shabnam, hume pata hai tum sach keh rahi ho. Par MLA ke khilaf jaane ka matlab samajhti ho?

SHABNAM
(sidha jawab)
Haan samajhti hoon. Lekin agar main aaj chupp rahi, toh kal kisi aur ladki ke saath bhi yeh hoga.

MADHU
(sigh karte hue)
Yeh ladai tumhare jaisi ek silai kendra chalane wali mahila se nahi jeeti ja sakti.

SHABNAM
(tootne ke kagar par, lekin mazboot awaaz mein)
Toh kya haar maan loon? Us ladki ki aankhon mein dar dekh kar mujhe neend nahi aayi... aur aap keh rahe ho ki file band kar do?

MADHU
(soft ho kar)
Main tumhari madad karungi. Lekin media se door rehna… warna tum khud nishana ban jaogi.

SHABNAM
(main nikalte hue)
Jab tak main zinda hoon, main kisi aur ki maut ka tamasha nahi banne dungi.

(Door band hota hai. Madhu udasi se uski peeth dekhti hai.)


🎬 SCENE 6

EXT. BASTI KI GALI – RAAT
(Shabnam ek andheri gali se silai center band karke ghar ja rahi hoti hai. Sadak sunsaan hai. Achanak peechhe se 3 aadmi – mask pehne hue, haath mein loha – uska rasta rok lete hain.)

GUNDA 1
(haath mein rod ghumate hue)
Bahut bolti hai re tu. Ab bol ke dikha…

SHABNAM
(dera nahi, aankh mila ke)
Tum jaise kutte sirf chhup kar hi vaar kar sakte ho.

(Gunda 2 uska dupatta kheechta hai. Shabnam ek zor se uska haath jhatakti hai. Lekin Gunda 3 peeth pe lohe se vaar karta hai. Shabnam neeche gir padti hai. Khoon nikal raha hai.)

GUNDA 2
(jhuk kar kaan me bolta hai)
Yeh pehla aur aakhri chetavani hai. Yug bhai ke khilaaf zubaan kholi, toh zubaan kaat denge.

(Teeno bhaag jaate hain. Shabnam zameen par padhi hoti hai, aankhon se aansu, lekin chehre pe dar nahi, aag hai.)

(Dheere dheere uske chehre par ek muskaan aati hai – khoon ke saath.)

SHABNAM (slowly whispering)
Ab ladayi personal ho gayi hai…

(Black screen. Sirf uski saans chalne ki aawaz sunayi deti hai.)

(Shabnam ke haath aur peeth par patte bandhe hue hain. Reema ek phone screen par kuchh dekhti hai – uski aankhon mein darr bhi hai, gussa bhi.)

SHABNAM
(softe hue, Reema ki taraf dekhte hue)
Kya dekh rahi hai?

REEMA
(main aankh me aansu lekar phone pakadti hai)
Main yeh video banayi hai… apne saath jo hua, sab kuch sach-sach bata diya hai. Kya main isse daal sakti hoon?

SHABNAM
(samajhdari bhari nazar se)
Agar sach bolne ki himmat tujhme hai, toh daal de. Yeh duniya sirf shareer ka balatkaar nahi karti… awaazon ka bhi karti hai. Aaj tu chupp na rahi, toh kal kisi aur ladki ki awaaz bach jaayegi.

(Shabnam se mic aage badhate hue)
Aapko darr nahi lagta? Aap MLA se takra gayi hain!

SHABNAM
(aankhon me tezi)
Darr tab lagta tha jab kisi ne meri awaaz nahi suni.
Aaj poori duniya sun rahi hai… ab darr unhe lagna chahiye jo chhupe hue the.


🎬 SCENE 8

INT. COURTROOM – DIN
(Courtroom bhara hua hai. Ek taraf MLA ka beta YUG expensive suit me, dusri taraf SHABNAM aur REEMA – simple kapdon me, lekin aankhon me agni.)

JUDGE
Court is now in session.

MLA KA WAKIL
(chaalbaaz tone me)
Mera mudda yeh hai, My Lord, ki ek viral video kanooni saboot nahi hai.
Aur yeh ladki… apne gareebi aur badle ki bhavna se jhooth bol rahi hai.

(Shabnam uthti hai. Judge use bolne ka sanket deta hai.)

SHABNAM
My Lord… yeh ladki jhooth nahi bol rahi.
Woh toh us raat se har raat cheekh cheekh kar sach bol rahi hai, bas sunne wale ab tak behre the!

(Poora courtroom sannata mein. Judge Shabnam ki taraf ghoorte hain.)

SHABNAM (continued)
Uske shareer par keval zakhm nahi, system ki stamp lagi hai.
Aur agar aap isse bhi saboot nahi maante,
Toh main poochhti hoon…
Ek aurat ke aansu kanoon ke liye saboot kyun nahi hote?

(Judge kuch der chup rehta hai. Fir calmly kehata hai...)

JUDGE
Court medical report aur viral video ki detailed inquiry ka aadesh deta hai.

Main kisi se nahi darta! Main MLA ka beta hoon!

REPORTER
(to camera)
Aaj pehli baar, system ke taaqat ke aage ek awaaz jeet gayi hai. Shabnam – ek aam mahila, lekin asamaan jaisi himmat…

(Public cheer karta hai. Ek aadmi jhund se cheekhta hai...)

AWAZ (public se)
Shabnam zindabad! Reema ko nyaay do!

(MLA Mahipal Singh khidki se ghoor raha hota hai – uska chehra pehli baar dar se bhara hota hai.)


CUT TO:

INT. SHABNAM KA GHAR – DIN

(TV par arrest ka news chal raha hai. Reema maa ke pair chhooti hai.)

REEMA
Maa ji… agar Shabnam didi nahi hoti… toh main kab ka marr chuki hoti.

MAA
(Shabnam ke sir par haath rakhkar)
Tu meri beti nahi… meri maa lagti hai beta…

(Shabnam aankh mein aansu lekar muskurati hai.)


🎬 SCENE 10 (FINAL SCENE)

EXT. BASTI – MAHILAA KENDRA KA UDGHAATAN – DIN

(Nayi building, jisme likha hai – “Shabnam Mahila Saahas Kendra”. Basti ki ladkiyaan, mahilayein, sab khush hain. Dhol baja rahe hain.)

(Shabnam ribbon kaat rahi hoti hai. Pass me Reema, Guddi, aur Madhu (NGO se). Media waha bhi coverage de raha hai.)

REPORTER (to camera)
Yeh mahilaa kendra sirf ek imarat nahi… ek nayi soch ka janm hai.

SHABNAM (mike lekar sabke saamne)
Mujhe is jung mein kai baar todne ki koshish ki gayi…
Lekin har baar maine ek aurat ki cheekh, ek maa ka aansu,
aur ek beti ki asha apne andar mehsoos ki…
Aur tab jaana – ek awaaz chhoti ho sakti hai, lekin jab wo sach bolti hai, toh andhera dar jaata hai.

(Taaliyon ki gadhgadhahat. Reema stage pe aati hai, Shabnam ko gale lagati hai.)
