“Shukla Parivaar” ek dark thriller hai jo ek chhoti gali ke andar chhupi hui ek aisi family ki kahani hai, jo apni zindagi ka guzaara chori, dhokha aur blackmail karke karti hai.

Pankaj Shukla (40) aur uski biwi Laxmi Shukla (35) mohalla walon ki kamzori ka fayda uthakar unhe badnaam karne ki dhamki dete hain aur paise nikalte hain. Unke do bacche, Janvi (12) aur Shaswat (10), pickpocketing seekh chuke hain — aur family business ka hissa ban gaye hain.

Jab ek naya kirayedar, Gautam (30), mohalla me aata hai aur secretly ek journalist nikalta hai, toh Shukla parivaar ke khel khatam karne ki ladai shuru hoti hai. Lekin Pankaj aur Laxmi itne aasaan shikaar nahi hain — woh palat kar Gautam ko hi badnaam kar dete hain.

Dhoop halka sa chamak rahi hai. Nali ke paas paani beh raha. Bacchon ki awaazein. Door se dholki ki practice. PANKAJ SHUKLA (40), gandi muskaan, bidi jalate hue, aangan se bahar aata hai.

Pankaj (cheekhte hue): O Mishra ji! Aaj kal badi der raat ko aap ke ghar se awaazein aati hain… samajh lo mujhe sab pata hai.
Mishra (ghabra ke): Shukla ji… aisa kuch nahi…
Pankaj (nazdeek aakar): Main chup hoon to mohalla chup hai. Dus hazaar abhi. Warna “izzat” ko hawa lag jaayegi.

Mishra thartharate haathon se paise deta hai. Pankaj ke chehre par jeet.

Padosan Aunty (phusphusate): Is aadmi se bach ke rehna… zehar hai zehar.


SCENE 2 — INT. SHUKLA GHAR – BAITHAK – SUBAH

LAXMI SHUKLA (35), tikhi nazar, phone me chats delete kar rahi. JANVI (12) note ginti. SHASWAT (10) chhota sa toy phone ghuma raha.

Laxmi: Pankaj, Gupta ji ki beti ki photo mere paas aa gayi. Ek call aur unki shaadi ka “band” baja dungi. Bees hazaar seedha.
Pankaj (hans ke, aankh dabka): Meri sherni! Tera dimaag… kamaal.
Janvi (seedhi, thandi): Kal bazaar mein teen wallet. Aaj mobile try karungi.
Shaswat (excited): Main bhi! Amma, dekhna main seedha lock todh doonga!

Laxmi (haath thapthapate): Pehle nazar aur pair dono tez. Pakde gaye to koi bachaane nahi aayega.

Khidki ke parlay hisse me, saamne wali balcony pe GAUTAM (30), naya kirayedar, ek chhota action cam mount karta hai.


SCENE 3 — EXT. BAZAAR – DOPEHAR

Bheed. Sabzi ki khushboo, hawkers ki cheekh. Janvi ek aadmi se halka takkar. Jeb se wallet nikalti. Shaswat piche piche.

Aadmi: Arey dekho!
Janvi (turant cheekh): CHHEDCHHAAD! Yeh aadmi mujhe haath laga raha!

Bheed aadmi par toot padti. CONSTABLE door se dekhta, kuch note karta. Janvi & Shaswat alag gully me vanish.


SCENE 4 — INT. GAUTAM KA ROOM – SHAAM

Laptop pe multi-feed recordings. Shukla parivaar ke chhote bade jurm ka montage play.

Gautam (low, focused): Tum logon ne puri gali ko giraavi rakh liya hai. Ab record hoga sab kuch.

Whiteboard pe likha: “Pattern: Blackmail + Pickpocket + ‘Izzat’ leverage”. Neeche arrow “Expose”.


SCENE 5 — EXT. MOHALLA – SHAAM

CHATURVEDI AUNTY dudh ki plastic bag ke sath Gautam ke paas se guzarti.

Chaturvedi Aunty: Beta, naye ho. Shuklaon se bach ke. Woh bacchon ko bhi bura bana dete.
Gautam (meethi muskaan): Aunty ji, bas likhne aur padhne wala aadmi hoon. Dhyan rakhoonga.

Gautam ke phone me ek secret call flash: “VERMA SIR”.


SCENE 6 — INT. SHUKLA GHAR – RASOI/Baithak – SHAAM

Poori sabji, piyaz mirchi ki tapaak. Family plan meeting.

Pankaj: Kal Seth Agarwal. Uske bete ki girlfriend ka angle. “Reel banegi, shaadi rukegi.”
Laxmi: Isi se bada paisa aayega.
Janvi (chhup, deewar ko takti):
Shaswat: Didi, kal main phone kheenchunga!

Pankaj (pyar se par thoda khofnaak): Mera sher. Bas dhyan.

Janvi ke chehre par halka sa guilt. Ek jhalak Gautam ki balcony cam par family ka reflection.


SCENE 7 — INT. GAUTAM ROOM – RAAT

Phone on speaker. INSPECTOR WODKE ki khari awaaz.

Gautam: Sir, evidence kaafi mil gaya. Par mujhe unhe rangey haath chahiye.
Inspector Wodke: Savdhaan rehna. In logon ka network mohalla mein gehra hai.

Gautam window se dekh raha — Pankaj aankhon se uska kamra tol raha.


SCENE 8 — EXT. SCHOOL GATE – AGLI SUBAH

Janvi school bag me ek chhota blade, safety pin. Shaswat ke bag me purani battery, wire, toy phone.

Janvi (slow): Shaswat, aaj sirf dekhna. Koi tez harkat nahi.
Shaswat: Par Amma ne—
Janvi (cut): Main bol rahi hoon. Bas dekh.

Unke paas se Gautam nikalta, nazar milta hai Janvi se. Janvi sakt ho jaati, par kuch nahi bolti.


SCENE 9 — MONTAGE — DAY

·         Pankaj 2–3 gharon me “izzat” waali dhamki.

·         Laxmi phone pe “aunty”-style counselling, asli me blackmail script.

·         Janvi school corridor me ek teacher ki table se chhota pouch slide.

·         Shaswat deewar pe camera dekhkar mooh banata — “Cat’s eye”

Montage end: Gautam sab record karta.


SCENE 10 — EXT. MOHALLA MEETING – SHAAM

Mohalle ka chhota projector. PANKAJ ghadi khol kar smirk.

Pankaj: Dosto, ek badi baat hai. Yeh naya kirayedar Gautam… yeh aap sab par nazar rakhta hai. Camera, recording… aapki betiyan, aapke ghar—
Log (gussa): Hawww!
Gautam (bheed me se): Jhooth hai. Main—
Pankaj (projector pe ek edited clip): Dekho, Gautam kisi ladki se chhupkar clip bana raha!

Bheed Gautam pe shaque. Gautam sakt. Pankaj ki aankhon me “palat” ki khushi. Janvi door se sab dekh rahi.


ACT 2 — CONFRONTATION (≈ 55–60 min)

SCENE 11 — INT. SHUKLA GHAR – RAAT

Laxmi aur Pankaj whisky. Bachche chup.

Laxmi: Journalist ko palat diya. Kal Agarwal pe chadhai.
Pankaj: Haan. Par Gautam ka asli khel jaana hai.
Janvi (halke): Papa… hum kab tak dusro ko daraate rahenge?
Pankaj (thappak ke): Jab tak paise bante rahenge. Baki sab chalti hawa ka jhonka.


SCENE 12 — EXT. MARRIAGE LAWN – SHAAM

AGARWAL ki bhaari shaadi. Band baaja. Buffet. Photo booth. Laxmi aur Pankaj “guest” bane hue.

Laxmi (phone me): Agarwal ji, aapke bete ki “pichhli kahani” ka proof mere paas. Panchas hazaar. Nahi to mandap sun ho jaayega.
Agarwal (phone pe ghabra ke): Kaun ho tum?!
Pankaj (dusre phone se): Timer chal pada hai.

Unki nazar chhoot jaati hai — Janvi & Shaswat kids section me. Janvi ek rich guest ki clutch me pin dalke latch kholti. Shaswat guard ko toffee deke distract.


SCENE 13 — INT. MARRIAGE LAWN – PHOTO BOOTH – SAME

Gautam disguised waiter, corner me camera lagata. Inspector Wodke door par plain clothes.

Gautam (bluetooth, dheere): Sir, live sting. Unki demand record hogi.
Inspector Wodke: Any violence, we move in.


SCENE 14 — EXT. MARRIAGE LAWN – JHADI KE PASS – NIGHT

Pankaj envelope demand karta. Agarwal ka chamcha paise laata.

Pankaj (smirk): Paisa de, video delete.
Agarwal ka aadmi: Proof?
Laxmi (phone dikhake): Ek click. Viral. Teri shaadi ka mandap yahin tohde—

Suddenly lawn side se firecracker phat— bheed me halchal. Shaswat ne janbujh kar fuse chhed diya. Sting audio distort hota — Gautam gusse me.

Gautam: Damn! Sound glitch!

Agarwal aadmi gusse me guard bulaata. Pankaj palat ke bheed me ghul. Laxmi bhi vanish. Inspector Wodke aankh me jalan.


SCENE 15 — EXT. LAWN PARKING – NIGHT

Janvi car ke side me mobile unlock kar rahi. FaceID ka jugad (screen guard par oily “pattern”).

Shaswat: Didi, jaldi!
Janvi: 1… 2… done.

Car ke andar se important pendrive bag me. Gautam ne dekha door se — shock.


SCENE 16 — INT. GAUTAM ROOM – RAAT DER

Gautam table pe pendrive copy try karta — but “CORRUPT / ENCRYPTED” popup.

Gautam: Damn it! In logon ki backup chain aur bhi hai.

Whiteboard pe naye arrows: “Agarwal deal fail” + “Kids = asset?”


SCENE 17 — EXT. MOHALLA CHOWK – SUBAH

Mohalla me Gautam ko log taana maarte.

Padosi: Reporter banne aaya tha, peeping tom nikla.
Gautam (andar ghuta): Yeh unka planted edit hai…

Janvi chupke se piche aa kar Gautam ke bag me ek chhoti chitthi daalti hai. Gautam mehsoos karta, par dekh nahi pata. Baad me kholta — “MILNA HAI. AKELA. SHAAM. WATER TANK.”


SCENE 18 — EXT. WATER TANK – SHAAM

Rooftop hawa. Janvi akeli khadi.

Janvi (seedha): Aap sahi ho. Par aapka tareeqa galat ho gaya hai.
Gautam: Tum… tum to—
Janvi: Main chor hoon, par andhe andhere se nafrat hai. Papa-Maa ko rokna hoga.
Gautam (soft): Kyun meri madad?
Janvi: Kyunki Shaswat ko main andhera nahi banaana chahti. Aur… mujhe apne aap se ghin aati hai.

Gautam dheere haan me gardan hilaata.

Gautam: Theek. Kal se hum dono milke record rakhenge.
Janvi: Nahi. Teen log. Shaswat bhi seekhega: sach ka matlab.


SCENE 19 — INT. SHUKLA GHAR – RAAT

Laxmi dressing table me lipstick lagati. Pankaj bundle bandhta.

Laxmi: Kal “NGO waali Aunty” ko phansayenge. Woh school me “girl safety” pe bolti rehti — naam giraate hain.
Pankaj: Thoda emotional angle. Video + voiceover. Dus lakh ka case.

Door pe halki “khat-khat”. Shaswat aage badhta, par Janvi ishara karke rokti. Unki aankhon me plan.


SCENE 20 — MONTAGE — DAYS PASS

·         Gautam & Janvi secret mic placements (rickshaw bell me bug, temple ghanti ke paas recorder).

·         Shaswat practice: “Nazar logon ki jeb se pehle unki neeyat pe.”

·         Pankaj/ Laxmi naye shikar: ek teacher, ek grocer, ek lab assistant — sab pe fake scandals.

·         Inspector Wodke door se 2 failed raids (timing bigadti, informers double-cross).

Montage end: Janvi ke haath me ek asli golden chip — Laxmi ka backup vault location photo.


SCENE 21 — EXT. OLD CINEMA GODOWN – SHAAM

Band cinema ke pichhe ek chhota godown. Rusted lock.

Janvi (Gautam se): Vault yahin. Raat ko chalte hain.
Gautam: Verma ko bulaun?
Janvi: Abhi nahi. Saboot hamare paas, phir police.

Shadow me koi dekh raha — ek silhoutte: Pankaj? Ya koi aur?


SCENE 22 — INT. GODOWN – RAAT

Torch light. Cartons. Ek steel trunk. Janvi hair-pin se lock kholti. Trunk me — pendrives, cash bundles, polaroids.

Gautam (saans rukke): Yeh sab… saalon ka hisaab.
Janvi: Aur aaj khatam.

Door ki kadak… koi aa raha. Janvi & Gautam chhupte. PANKAJ & LAXMI enter.

Laxmi (thandi): Janvi… bahar aa jao. Maa hoon tumhari.

Chup. Laxmi trunk ko dekhti — missing chip.

Pankaj (cheekh): CHORI!
Gautam (bahar): Yeh sab tumhara jurm ka risaala hai, Shukla. Ab bas.
Pankaj (hans ke): Reporter… tu sochta hai sab kuch tere hisaab se hoga?

Pankaj side me signal karta. Do gunde. Scuffle. Gautam girta, par Janvi sprinkler pipe khol deti. Andhera + pani. Harakatein dhundli. Janvi chip lekar bhaagti. Gautam piche.


SCENE 23 — EXT. GODOWN GULLY – NIGHT RAIN

Janvi corner me; saamne LAXMI.

Laxmi (dard bhari par khatarnaak): Beti… tu hi mere sapno ka tod hai?
Janvi (paani me bheegi, theek): Mera sapna Shaswat ko bachaana hai.

Laxmi aage badhti. Janvi peeche hatti. Gautam aakar beech me.

Gautam: Khatam karo ye sab, Laxmi.
Laxmi (aankh me aansu): Tumhe yaad hai Gautam? Tum bhi kabhi mujhe “sach” sikhate the. Jab main akeli thi.
Gautam (stunned): Tum… woh basti waali Laxmi… tum thi?
Laxmi (kadi): Haan. Tab tum chale gaye the. Zindagi ne mujhe yeh banaya. Ab meri beti mujhe judge karegi?

Beat. Janvi chip pakad kar bhaagti. Laxmi rukti nahi. Gautam usse rokte hue —


SCENE 24 — INT. SHUKLA GHAR – LATER NIGHT

Shaswat khidki se Janvi ko andar aate dekhta.

Shaswat: Didi!
Janvi (saans saans): Chip mil gayi. Par Maa… Gautam ko jaanti hai pehle se.

Shaswat (halki ghabrahat): Ab?
Janvi: Ab hum jaldi karenge.


SCENE 25 — INT. GAUTAM ROOM – SUBAH

Gautam chip ka clone banata. Whiteboard pe final chart: “Vault Data → Verma → Public Hearing → Shukla Network Collapse.”

Gautam (voiceover): Iss baar koi edit ya cracker hamara kaam nahi bigaad paayega.


SCENE 26 — EXT. SCHOOL – DAY

Parent-teacher meet. Laxmi “sanskaari” look me. Janvi saamne.

Teacher: Janvi me intelligence hai, par raw.
Laxmi (halki muskaan): Bacchi hai. Sudhar jayegi.

Janvi aankhon aankhon me ek chhota note Teacher ko slide karti: “Aaj shaam. Community Hall. Proof.” Teacher ki aankhon me shock.


SCENE 27 — INT. COMMUNITY HALL – SHAAM

Projector set. Gautam, Janvi, Shaswat, Teacher, kuch padosi, Inspector Wodke shadow me. Pankaj-Laxmi ko anonymous invite.

Gautam: Aaj sab dekhoge bina music, bina edit ke.
Janvi (mic leke): Main Janvi Shukla. Aur yeh sab jo dekhoge, woh mere Maa-Papa ka sach hai.

Projector: raw calls, demand audios, vault snapshots. Crowd stunned. Pankaj aur Laxmi hall ke darwaze par.

Pankaj (garaj ke): OFF KARO!
Inspector Wodke (aage): Koi nahi hilega.

Do policewale Pankaj ke haath pakadte. Pankaj jhatka deke nikalne ki koshish. Laxmi seedha Janvi ki taraf — aankhon me dard, gussa, pyaar ka ajeeb mix.

SCENE 28 — HALL MELEE – CONTINUOUS

Pankaj ek police ko dhakka. Gautam aur Verma tackle. Pendrive projector se disconnect. Halchal. Shaswat stage pe chadh kar pendrive apni pocket se nikaal ke Verma ko de deta.

Shaswat (rote hue): Didi ne kaha tha, yeh dena hai.

Verma pendrive ko chain me lock karta.

Verma (loud): Record ho gaya. Saboot custody me.


SCENE 29 — EXT. COMMUNITY HALL – RAAT

Pankaj haathkadi. Laxmi bhi. Mohalla wah-wah nahi, chup. Naye tarike ki khamoshi.

Pankaj (Janvi ko): Tu jeet gayi?
Janvi (seedhi): Bas andhera band kiya.
Laxmi (aansu me halki muskuraahat, phir thand): Beta… andhera bahut gehra hota hai. Soch ke jana.

Police Jeep door shut. Siren fades.


ACT 3 — FALLOUT & FINAL TWIST (≈ 45–50 min)

SCENE 30 — EXT. ORPHANAGE COURTYARD – SUBAH

Gautam Janvi-Shaswat ko temporary shelter paperwork ke liye laata.

Orphanage Sister: Kaagaz ban jayenge. Par bachche ko counselling chahiye.
Gautam: Main sambhaal loonga.

Janvi door ki taraf dekh rahi — dhoop me dhool ke zarre.


SCENE 31 — INT. POLICE THANA – INTERROGATION – DAY

Pankaj samne. Inspector Wodke audio play karta: “Agarwal deal”, “NGO waali”.

Verma: Network me kaun kaun?

Laxmi khamosh. Uski aankh me purani yaadein blink — ek chhoti basti, bhookh, dhokha… GAUTAM ki purani jhalak (college wala, idealist).

Lady Constable: Kya soch rahi?
Laxmi (halka sa): Kisi ne sach sikhaya tha. Fir meri kismat ne mujhe galat sikha diya.


SCENE 33 — INT. GAUTAM ROOM – SHAAM

Gautam pendrive backups, article draft: “Mohalla ke siyah raaz”. Phone me unknown call.

Unknown (beeped voice): Reporter saab, aap ne galat logon se panga liya. Bacche safe hai na?

Gautam turant orphanage ki taraf bhaagta.


SCENE 34 — EXT. ORPHANAGE LANE – DUSK

Ek bike door tak. Janvi gate ke paas. Shaswat chalk se game bana raha.

Gautam (haalat kharab): Tum dono theek ho?
Janvi: Koi aaya tha. Ek aadmi… Mama ko “bechne” wale.
Gautam (samajh gaya): Pankaj ke partner…

Janvi: Hamare paas ek aur chip hai. Usme partners ke naam.


SCENE 35 — EXT. ABANDONED MILL – NIGHT

Final sting location. Gautam- Verma — silent squad. Janvi-Shaswat safe distance.

Verma (kan me): Aaj full wrap.
Gautam: Unke partners yahi milte. “Kallu Master”, “Shinde”, “Agarwal ke fixer”.

Door khulta — shadowy figures. Beech me LAXMI — haathkadi me, par saath laayi gayi. Surprise witness?

Verma (tensed): Kisne isse yahan bulaya?
Guard: Madam khud bol ke aayi — “final statement”.


SCENE 36 — INT. MILL FLOOR – CONTINUOUS

Torch spots. Recording on. Partners aa gaye. Laxmi aage badhti.

Laxmi (tez): Tum sab mere saath the. Ab saboot mere paas hai. Aur mere bacche—
Partner #1 (hans): Tere bacche? Unhe hum “kaam” me laga denge wapas.
Laxmi (zarreli): Koshish karke dekh.

Wo apne chappal ke sole se ek nano-chip nikaal kar hawa me uchhalti — Gautam catch!

Gautam (shocked): Tum… help kar rahi ho?
Laxmi (aankhon me aansu): Main buri hoon, par maa hoon.

Partners gun nikaalte — Police lights ON. Raid! Goli ki awaaz nahi (non-lethal). Dhakkam-phel. Arrests.


SCENE 37 — EXT. MILL BACK EXIT – SAME

Pankaj ek truck me chipak kar bhaagne ki koshish. Janvi pehchaan leti.

Janvi (chillakar): PAPA!

Pankaj palat ke rukta. Janvi aankhon me aansu, par kadam mazboot.

Janvi: Tum ne hume andhera sikhaaya. Aaj main tumhe roshni sikha rahi hoon — Ruko!
Pankaj (kattor): Roshni mehengi padti hai, beti.
Janvi: Andhera jaan le leta hai.

Verma team Pankaj ko kneel karati. Hathkadi. Pankaj ke chehre par halka sa… garv? Ya dard?


SCENE 38 — INT. POLICE VAN – NIGHT

Laxmi aur Pankaj opposite benches, haathkadi me.

Laxmi (halke): Hum barbad ho gaye, Pankaj.
Pankaj (thandi hansi): Hum kab the theek?
Laxmi: Janvi ne hume hara diya.
Pankaj: Ya hume bacha liya. Pata nahi.

Door slam. Van chali jaati.


SCENE 39 — EXT. RIVER GHAT – SURYODAY

Gautam, Janvi, Shaswat ghaat pe shaant baithe. Tez dhoop utra nahi abhi.

Gautam: Court me case lamba chalega. Tum dono ko school, counselling, naya ghar.
Shaswat (seedha): Main chor nahi banunga.
Janvi (uske kandhe par haath): Main bhi nahi chahti.

Gautam apni shirt ki pocket me se pen nikaal kar notepad deta hai — “Naye naam, nayi file”.

Gautam: Nayi pehchaan ke liye forms. Bhar lo.

Janvi haath badhati… ek micro-beat: uski nazar pen par. Woh pen slip karke Gautam ke haath se girta — Janvi reflex me pakad leti. Pal bhar… uske purane instincts ka saaya. Phir woh pen wapas Gautam ko de deti, seedhi nazar se.

Janvi ( dheere se ): Ab chor wali aadat nahi. Bas yaad rakhungi kaise chori hoti hai… taaki kabhi phir na ho.

Gautam (muskurata, halka relief): Isi ko kehte hain roshni.


SCENE 40 — INT. COURTROOM – FEW WEEKS LATER – DAY (MONTAGE)

·         Judge ke samne USBs, ledgers, voices. Partners pe charges.

·         Laxmi ka statement: “Main ne kiya, par bacche ko bacha lo.”

·         Pankaj chup, par jab Janvi ghur ke dekhti, woh nazar jhuka leta.


SCENE 41 — EXT. MOHALLA – SHAAM (EPILOGUE)

Wahi gali, par hawa alag. Wall pe poster: “COMMUNITY WATCH – NO BLACKMAIL ZONE”. Teacher, Chaturvedi aunty, kuch log Gautam ko salaam.

Chaturvedi Aunty: Beta, tumhare bina yeh na hota.
Gautam (Janvi ko dekhkar): Inke bina to kuch bhi nahi hota.

Janvi school bag, Shaswat cricket bat. Door par police jeep rukti — Laxmi utarti, escort me (parole for counselling meet). Janvi aur Laxmi ki aankhen milti.

Laxmi (dheere): Maaf kar de.
Janvi (saaf): Maafi se zyada badlav chahiye.

Laxmi halka sa sir jhukati. Police le jaati.


SCENE 42 — EXT. CITY FOOTBRIDGE – NIGHT (FINAL)

Shehar ki lights. Neeche traffic. Gautam, Janvi, Shaswat rail par khade. Hawa tez.

Gautam: Naye din. Naya kirdar.
Shaswat (hans): Aur homework.
Janvi (aankhen band karke gehri saans): Andhera ab bhi hoga… par humare andar nahi.

Camera pull-out. Shehar ke upar andhera halkasa hat raha. Music rise.

FADE OUT.

·         Script ko scene-wise, dialogue-heavy rakha gaya hai, jisse runtime ~2+ hours justify ho (screenplay pacing, set-pieces, sting ops, confrontations).
